We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector with a strong background in dedicated quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
Perform visual and dimensional inspections
Use precision measuring tools and basic shop math
Review drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
Document inspection results and maintain quality records
Identify and document nonconforming products
Perform First Article Inspections and related documentation
Assist with corrective actions and quality audits
Communicate quality issues with production and engineering teams
Maintain inspection and calibration records
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
5+ years of production inspection or closely related quality inspection experience
Experience with dimensional inspection and precision measuring equipment
Ability to read and understand drawings and engineering requirements
Experience working within a documented Quality Management System
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred:
Aerospace manufacturing experience
ISO 9001 or AS9100 experience
Experience with electro-optics or ESD-sensitive components
