Grassland Dairy Products, Inc. in West Point, Nebraska, is seeking an Evaporator Operator to monitor and operate evaporating equipment, concentrating fluids and maintaining sanitary conditions for safe downstream use. The role requires adjusting temperature, flow and pressure and performing CIP on evaporators, RO systems, separators, and silos.
The schedule is 5:00 pm – 5:00 am with a 2-2-3 rotation. A $2,000 hire bonus is offered, plus a $1.00 night shift differential.
