A well established and growing precision manufacturing company serving the aerospace, medical, agriculture, and defense industries is hiring CNC Machinists for multiple 2nd shift openings. Run Swiss-style and Mill/Turn machines with a team that cares about their people, with overtime available. The hiring process is simple: one onsite interview and you’re done. Schedule is Monday to Thursday, 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM.
What You’ll Do:- Operate CNC Swiss-style and Mill/Turn lathes to produce precision parts
- Perform in-process inspections with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and GD&T requirements
- Monitor equipment and elevate issues to setup technicians or supervisors
- Follow quality standards, production procedures, and safety protocols
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Provide clear shift handoffs to keep operations smooth
- 2+ years of CNC operation experience, with Swiss-style experience preferred
- Strong CNC machining background
- Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and quality requirements
- Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Strong GD&T and math skills
- Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic
- Aerospace or medical manufacturing background and lean experience are a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks during a full shift
