ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Salary: $95,000–$115,000 + Bonus Potential

- Lead and mentor the accounting team, including oversight of AR, credit, and collections
- Own the monthly close process, journal entries, reconciliations, and all financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate reporting requirements
- Maintain and evolve accounting policies and procedures
- Coordinate audits and oversee fixed assets, leases, and cash management
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations
- Develop, coach, and upskill staff to elevate team performance
- BS in Accounting
- Accounting leadership experience is highly preferred
- Strong technical accounting skills and a mindset geared toward process improvement
- Ability to lead with clarity, communicate well, and build trust quickly
