ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Salary: $95,000–$115,000 + Bonus Potential

• Lead and mentor the accounting team, including oversight of AR, credit, and collections
• Own the monthly close process, journal entries, reconciliations, and all financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate reporting requirements
• Maintain and evolve accounting policies and procedures
• Coordinate audits and oversee fixed assets, leases, and cash management
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations
• Develop, coach, and upskill staff to elevate team performance

• BS in Accounting
• Accounting leadership experience is highly preferred
• Strong technical accounting skills and a mindset geared toward process improvement
• Ability to lead with clarity, communicate well, and build trust quickly
