Administrative Assistant

Pay: $21/hour

Overview

To be responsible for general knowledge of program requirements, reception (office and telephone), information routing, booking appointments, managing a 6‑line telephone system, general operation of office equipment, and light filing.

Responsibilities
  • Meet & greet clients.
  • Book appointments.
  • Answer multi‑line phone system and route calls; take messages as needed.
  • Provide efficient flow of information and appropriate resource information.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail daily.
  • Light filing/typing.
Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • High school graduate with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organization and scheduling skills.
  • Work‑related experience preferred.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Ability to communicate well.
  • Computer literate and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced office.
  • High energy with a willingness to learn.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive required.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole required.
