Overview
The service Greeter / Clerk assists customers who are having their vehicles serviced. This is a fast-paced position in a busy service environment. Making phone calls and setting appointments and conducting customer follow-up.
Responsibilities- Assist customers who are having their vehicles serviced in a fast-paced service environment.
- Make phone calls, set appointments, and conduct customer follow-up.
- Valid driver's license, with good driving record.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly sit, stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. May stoop, kneel and crouch; may lift up to 40 pounds.
- A current valid driver’s license and insurability rating is required.
