Teller, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Position Summary

Westfield Bank is seeking a Teller (FT) to work at the Prk Street Branch in West Springfield, MA. The teller will provide prompt and professional service to new and existing customers, handling day‑to‑day transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and customer inquiries. The role supports bank product referrals, maintains cash drawer security, performs BSA/AML education, and assists with ATM and safe deposit duties.

• Handle cash and non‑cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain security of cash drawer, count drawer at end of day, and balance ATM as needed.
• Meet assigned referral goals through referral of bank products and services.
• Assist in resolving customer problems and provide safe deposit assistance.
• Complete BSA, AML, and regulatory continuing education as assigned.

Assist with balancing ATM, assist customers with Safe Deposit, and perform additional duties as requested.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of six months of previous cash handling and customer service experience.

$17.00–$24.40 per hour.
