NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths, enabling their best selves and full potential. Services include individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. Bilingual opportunities are available.

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
• Independent Clinical License within 2 years
• Current license in Massachusetts is a plus
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage own schedule with client outreach; afternoon and evening availability is a plus
• Must be able to provide services in‑office

• Non‑English language capacity

Full‑time salary: $59,000 – $67,000. Incentive rate: $60 per hour over productivity.
