Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid Remote

- Total Earning Potential (Salary + Bonus): $93,105 - $116,738
- Generous Time Off to Recharge and Maintain Work-Life Balance:
Up to 22 days off in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months. - Flexible Hybrid Role:
Up to 50% of this role can be done remotely. Telehealth decisions are made by the BCBA when clinically effective for the client. - CEU Stipend: $2,000 annually

As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You’ll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

Progress through BCBA levels I–IV, increasing leadership impact. At levels III and IV, productivity targets reduce to 22, allowing focus on leadership and broader professional interests. - Autonomy over Your
Schedule:
Full control over when and where you supervise your cases. - Administrative Support:
Scheduling, billing, and credentialing handled by a dedicated team.
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification required.
