Monastery Heights Senior Living and Memory Care is a welcoming assisted living and memory care community dedicated to making life fun, making our community a home, and delivering purpose to everyone. We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and organized individual to join our team in a unique dual-role position.

Resident Care Assistant (RCA) supports daily staffing operations, administrative functions, and provides hands‑on resident care as needed. This role is essential to ensuring proper staffing coverage, smooth office operations, and high-quality, resident‑centered care.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing to nursing leadership staff

• Promote resident dignity, independence, and person‑centered care

• Follow service plans, safety procedures, and infection control protocols

• High school diploma or GED required

• RCA, HHA, CNA, or equivalent experience preferred (
  must be certified CNA or HHA
  )

• Previous experience in assisted living, memory care not required but preferred

• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

• Reliable, professional, and compassionate

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist residents throughout the shift

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
