We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to join our dynamic team at Bertera Subaru in West Springfield. As the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the parts department's operations, ensuring efficient workflow for both our service department and retail customers.

• Manage the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring all processes meet company standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, minimizing excess stock while ensuring availability.
• Collaborate with the service department for timely support and delivery of parts needed for vehicle repairs.
• Train, mentor, and lead a team of parts advisors and assistants.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building customer relationships.
• Analyze sales and inventory reports to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiating favorable terms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and market changes.
• Oversee the department's budget, monitoring expenses and implementing cost-control measures.

• Proven experience in automotive parts management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of Subaru parts and systems is preferred but not required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
