About the Role: The Store Manager is a salaried leadership position responsible for overseeing store operations, coaching staff, managing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager leads all store activities and team development.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience in retail or sales environments.
• Ability to manage financial results and control costs.
• Strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Report.

This role operates in an automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, and physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs. Flexibility in hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, plus incentives based on experience.
