Continuous Improvement Supervisor – Agri‑Mark Inc., West Springfield, MA

Agri‑Mark is a century‑old dairy cooperative focused on sustainability, respect, and teamwork. We seek a Continuous Improvement Supervisor to lead initiatives that enhance manufacturing and operational processes, improve safety, increase efficiency, and elevate customer satisfaction.

• Provide principled leadership and support for plant growth and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement and sustain high‑quality programs and standard operating procedures, including GMPs and SQF.
• Lead lean/continuous improvement projects, identify and address root causes, and drive measurable results.
• Guide all employees in the plant with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Support a 24‑hour operation and present information in both one‑on‑one and group settings.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 3–8 years of dairy manufacturing experience or related training.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement processes.
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and develop viable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay range: $78,000 – $93,000 (dependent on experience)
