Position: Boiler Operator 1st Shift (7am-3pm) Starting wage $31.31/hr.

Position

Our regular, full-time 1st shift (7am-3pm) Boiler Operator will be responsible for the continuous operation of high pressure steam boilers. The boilers provide all the steam needed for production of milk products and for cleaning of production lines and vessels.

Responsibilities
  • Operate high pressure steam boilers continuously to meet production and cleaning needs of the plant.
  • Maintain compliance with licensing requirements: 2nd Fireman License (to be kept current) and Wastewater License (to be kept current and may be obtained within the first 90 days of employment).
  • Ensure schedule flexibility, willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays and rotate shifts as required by business needs; overtime, holiday work and shift rotation may be mandatory at times.
  • Starting wage is $31.31/hr.
Qualifications
  • Associated Commonwealth of Massachusetts licensing is required: 2nd Fireman License and Wastewater License (to be kept current).
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays and rotate shifts as required.
