Process Operator – 1st Shift (CFR)

We are looking for a regular, full‑time Machine Operator for our dryer operation (dryer, evaporator and RO) first shift (7am‑3pm). The operator will perform proper pasteurization of products following state and federal regulations, and will comply with precise quality standards for cream, skim and condensed milk specifications. The operator will understand the process of the RO, separation of milk and all related equipment, including evaporator and dryer, and will engage in cross‑training to support business needs.

Schedule flexibility, willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays and shift rotation, as required, will be expected. Starting wage: $28.44/hr plus 10% shift differential. This position is eligible for wage increases every 6 months for the first 24 months of employment.
