Boiler Operator - 1st Shift

Starting wage $31.31/hr this is a full‑time position (7am‑3pm) on the plant’s 1st shift. The role involves the continuous operation of high‑pressure steam boilers that supply the plant with the steam needed for the production of milk products and the cleaning of production lines and vessels.

Responsibilities
  • Operate high‑pressure steam boilers continuously.
  • Maintain plant steam supply for milk production and line cleaning.
  • Adhere to safety and operational procedures.
  • Work overtime, weekends, holidays, and shift rotations as required by business needs.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date 2nd Fireman License and a Wastewater License (obtainable within the first 90 days).
Qualifications
  • License: 2nd Fireman license (current) and Wastewater license (or compliance within first 90 days).
  • Experience or aptitude for operating high‑pressure steam boilers.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays and shift rotation.
Compensation & Benefits

Starting wage is $31.31/hr the position offers eligibility for rate increases every six months for the first 18 months of employment.
