• Delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Being cross‑trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Role‑modeling established customer experience practices with internal and external customers; supporting and embodying a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ringing customer purchases/returns and counting change back to the customer according to established operating procedures.
• Promoting credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintaining and upholding merchandising philosophy and following established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Accurately processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
• Initiating and participating in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintaining all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participating in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
• Providing and accepting recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adhering to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participating in safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Possesses excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi‑tasking.
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
