• Provide timely, courteous, and knowledgeable service to customers.
• Engage customers, creating a positive shopping environment.
• Act as an effective deterrent to theft through customer engagement and a professional presence.
• Observe accurate checkout procedures for customers and Associates.
• Communicate shrink‑related concerns to Store Management and Loss Prevention.
• Partner with Store Management and Loss Prevention to accomplish work assignments and achieve overall goals.
• Coordinate and complete shrink‑related activities in partnership with Store Management.
• Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Promote a culture of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Encourage Associate use of shrink reduction resources.
• Promote safety awareness and support maintenance of a safe environment.
• Follow through on commitments and achieve goals with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Excellent communication skills and sound judgment.
• Ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Strong teamwork, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Availability for a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• 0–2 years of retail or security experience.

Starting pay range: $15.00 to $17.10 per hour, based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
