Working as a Retail Operations Team Member will have you ensuring a smooth, profitable, and customer‑focused operation of the station during your shift. You will support the highest standards of service, safety, and store appearance.

• Operate a flexible schedule and communicate any changes or issues to management quickly.
• Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of each shift according to company guidelines.
• Remain at least 18 years old.

• Provide a positive customer experience for every visitor.
• Greet customers with a smile.
• Suggest product purchases and promote specials.
• Own the execution of the customer‑service program at the site level.

• Minimize safety risks for employees, customers, and suppliers.
• Enforce environmental and hazardous‑material regulations.
• Document accidents or incidents and maintain store security.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance inside and outside the store.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support the Safety and Health program and report incidents promptly.
• Complete new‑employee safety orientation.

• Read, understand, and write English at an eighth‑grade level.
• Perform arithmetic calculations at an eighth‑grade level for making change, completing shift reports, and accounting for products.
• Validate identification before selling tobacco or alcohol as required.
• Lift up to 30 pounds and manipulate product cases safely.
• Stay calm and follow policies during emergencies.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes, cleaning products, and varying temperatures.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Remain at least 18 years old.

• Maintain physical fitness, safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of the store.
• Lift up to 50 pounds when required.
• Traverse and access all store areas.
• Sit or stand for prolonged periods and work on a computer as needed.
