Pay and Benefits Disclosure:

Sales advisors will receive uncapped commission plus a training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks. Commissions are paid on a percentage of products or services sold and are eligible for a monthly performance bonus. Based on performance, new advisors can expect to earn $85,000, while experienced advisors can earn over $150,000.
