Encore’s continued success and growth has created a need for a Warehouse Technician working in our fire suppression division at our West Springfield, Massachusetts warehouse. We pride ourselves on providing employees with opportunity for growth and advancement. Successful individuals in this position often launch careers as field technicians or join our operations team.

• Servicing, repairing and maintaining portable fire equipment and extinguishers
• Learning and understanding systems testing and inspections
• Identifying code and non-code conformance issues
• Maintaining inventory databases using Excel
• Pulling and preparing orders for delivery to job sites
• Receiving, verifying, staging and stocking all incoming material
• Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times
• Assisting drivers with deliveries as needed

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to learn quickly
• A "can do" attitude

Salary commensurate with experience with an opportunity for a results-driven bonus based on personal output and effectiveness in role. Expected hourly range between $20 – $30 per hour.
