The Town of West Springfield seeks a Field Utility Locator / Dig Safe Technician to locate and mark Town-owned underground utilities, including fiber, electric, water, sewer, and drainage systems. You will respond to Dig Safe tickets, operate electromagnetic locating equipment, and document findings in GIS and digital reports.
Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least two years in utility locating or related fields, and a valid Massachusetts Class D license.
