Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Parts Driver to join our team at Subaru of West Springfield. The Parts Driver will be responsible for delivering automotive parts to customers and maintaining positive relationships with our repair shop and external clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver automotive parts to customers, service technicians, and other dealerships.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Load and unload parts and materials, ensuring proper handling and care.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of parts as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including obtaining signatures and documenting delivery times.
- Communicate effectively with parts department staff, customers, and service technicians regarding delivery status and any potential issues.
- Adhere to all safety and driving regulations to ensure safe driving practices.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Assist in keeping the parts department clean and organized.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience driving delivery vehicles preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift heavy items and navigate a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts and their applications is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
