Schedule: Part Time – 48 hours/pay period (24/week) – Monday to Friday – 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
As a Home Health Aide, you’ll provide compassionate, hands‑on support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. Through personal care, companionship, and home support, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing their quality of life while ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.

As a Home Health Aide, You Will- Provide Direct Care – Assist clients with bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, simple wound care, and other personal care tasks as directed by a nurse or therapist.
- Maintain a Safe Home Environment – Perform client‑directed light housekeeping tasks, ensuring a clean and comfortable living space.
- Document & Communicate Effectively – Accurately record client care per policy and report updates or concerns to the supervising nurse or therapist.
- Enhance Social Well-Being – Establish trusting relationships with clients and their families, providing compassionate companionship and emotional support.
- Other Duties as Assigned – The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently in a home setting.
- Knowledge of safe lifting and transfer techniques.
- Experience in hospice, home health, or personal caregiving is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and access to an insured personal vehicle for home visits.
- Physical capability to perform all essential job functions, including assisting with client mobility and personal care needs.
- Ability to pass state mandated background check.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with clients, staff, and families.
