Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses to provide quality patient care to residents in their transitional care unit.

Part-time, 10:30 pm to 6:45 am including every other weekend. On-call shifts are also available.

• Current Minnesota LPN or RN license and BLS certification
• Previous experience caring for residents with dementia
• Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems
• Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships
