Schedule:

Evenings – 52 or 23.25 hours per pay period.

Competitive pay range.

DATA $17.40/hr to $23.65/hr.

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents with meals, restorative care, and life skills while respecting their preferences.
• Encourage participation in social, recreational, and wellness activities to enhance quality of life.
• Prepare, store, and serve meals, beverages, and snacks while promoting a positive dining experience.
• Monitor and report changes(handle) in residents' intérieure health or emotional well-being to nursing staff.
• Welcome new residents and facilitate their smooth transition.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure exceptional care.

• A commitment to serving with excellence and integrity.
• Previous experience as a caregiver, personal care assistant, or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Minnesota or Wisconsin CNA certification (preferred for some levels of assisted living).
• Ability to pass a state-required background check.
• Physical ability to perform the duties required byرسل position.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly for communication with staff, residents, and visitors.
