• Provide direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines.
• Supervise CNAs.
• Administer medication.
• Provide wound and treatment care.
• Deliver general nursing care per facility nursing policy and procedure.
• Address problems identified in the patient care plan.

• Current Minnesota Board of Nursing license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Team collaboration skills.
• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and regulatory agents.
