Answer and respond to both emergency and non‑emergency calls for service. Dispatch police and fire departments as needed, ensuring timely responses to critical situations. Provide unwavering support to emergency services and response teams, coordinating efforts and maintaining clear communication channels during high‑pressure scenarios.

• Computer and technology skills related to emergency dispatch and 9‑1‑1
• Knowledge of emergency communications and response protocols
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations

Must pass CJIS background checks from Texas DPS and maintain security clearance as required by agencies associated with and working for the City of West University Place.
