Job Summary
A Project Manager-Sales is responsible for managing and documenting the process flow of a project from start to finish, ensuring that work proceeds promptly, within agreed-upon pricing, and meets specifications while maintaining customer and vendor relations throughout the life of a project.
What You Will Do- Provide a leadership role in promoting fair and honest dealings with vendors.
- Foster and maintain positive, effective business relationships with internal and external customers and other third parties at all levels and project phases.
- Communicate effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
- Retain a professional/friendly business relationship with the customer, vendors, and internal associates.
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.
- Develop and improve processes that enhance the customer experience
- Pursue financial goals by seeing and seizing opportunities, making profitable business decisions, and controlling operational costs
- Manage the process flow of a project from start to finish
- Identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Take control of your time and schedule to increase personal productivity and manage the daily pressures of meeting important and urgent commitments.
- Value a culture of high energy, passion for our work, and entrepreneurial ownership.
- Communicate professionally over the phone, in person, and through writing.
- Practice advanced listening skills.
- Send clear messages, confirm understanding and appropriately express an opinion.
- Share information naturally with others and encourage them to express their points of view.

- Excellent client relations, client management, and consultation skills are required.
- Foster positive and effective business relationships at all levels and project phases.
- Strong verbal, written, computer, technical communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in sales and project management
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Excel and Word
- Associate's/bachelor’s degree, technical school training, or equivalent work experience
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
