- 10+ years in freight forwarding sales, specializing in sea freight.
- Proven track record in strategic business development and executive‑level negotiations.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of global logistics markets and customer needs.
Target base salary $90,000–$120,000. Total rewards package includes health and welfare benefits, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
