* POSITION SUMMARY:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for helping customers by providing account information and resolving questions and issues.

* DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Make new customer welcome calls
* Take inbound payments
* Assist customers with general questions by phone, email, and chat
* Ensure customer service policy is adhered to
* Assist customers with payment extensions, due date changes, and auto pays
* Other duties as assigned.
** QUALIFICATIONS

* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or another related field
* Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with customers and co-workers

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Microsoft Office Suite experience
