What You Will Do- Be the face of our community – welcome and show prospective residents around, highlighting our features and amenities.
- Close the deal – turn prospects into happy residents by securing lease agreements and processing applications.
- Engage with residents – create programs to keep residents happy and build a sense of community.
- Support community operations – provide excellent customer service, respond to requests and complaints, and keep the office and community areas looking professional.
- Stay compliant – follow Fair Housing, state, and federal laws while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Contribute to a safe and welcoming environment – follow safety protocols and report any hazards to management.
- A natural communicator – you enjoy meeting new people and building relationships.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
- Ability to work both in an office setting and occasionally outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Flexible work schedule, ability to work weekends.

- 401(k):
Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar‑for‑dollar, up to 6% of your pay. Contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. (Employee must be at least 21 years old and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.) - Paid Time Off: accrue 5.23 hours per pay period (17 days per year).
- 11 paid holidays per year.
- Parental leave: after 6 months of employment, eligible for 4 weeks of paid leave as primary caregiver or 2 weeks as secondary caregiver; after 2 years, eligible for 12 weeks as primary caregiver.
- Tuition Reimbursement: up to $5,000 per year for pre‑approved tuition expenses. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
