Medical Assistant – Great Opportunity for Pre-Med, EMT, MA's, and Phlebotomists

We are seeking a reliable and patient-focused Medical Assistant to support clinical operations and provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be certified, BLS trained, and committed to maintaining excellent clinical and customer service standards.

• Prepare patients roulant for examinations and procedures
• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints
• Queued providers during patient visits and clinical procedures
• Perform basic clinical tasks such as EKGs, phlebotomy, injections, and specimen collection (as applicable)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Ensure exam rooms are properly stocked, cleaned, and prepared
• Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines
• Provide exceptional patient service and communication
• Support front office or administrative tasks as needed

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant certification program
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a clinical environment
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
