IT Specialist

ACE Recycling & Disposal, Inc. in West Valley City is seeking an IT Specialist. Provide direct support to users across the organization. Set up hardware or software. Diagnose connectivity and data access problems; answer questions about hardware/software; help users access shared drives and devices. Responsible for ensuring that the company’s local area network (LAN) and the virtual private network (VPN) are functioning properly and up to date.

Also, create company mobile and desktop applications, developing all the architectures involved (full stack) needed to help run company departments and websites pertaining to Ace Companies.

Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems, computer science, or related field or foreign equivalent.

Must be able to communicate software needs to new and/or existing vendors.

Must have proven ability to work in VPN, LAN, wireless network, and working with Web Storm, Studio 3T, Android Studio, and No

SQL Databases and Arduino IDE.

Must also have demonstrated the ability to establish new processes and create new visualizations to deliver an ever‑improving user experience.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex implementations/tasks and to prioritize work to meet deadlines.

Willing to work in a fast‑paced high pressure setting.

Willing to work evenings and weekends to meet deadlines.
