IT Specialist – ACE Recycling & Disposal

ACE Recycling & Disposal, Inc. in West Valley City is seeking an IT Specialist to provide direct support to users across the organization.

Set up hardware or software. Diagnose connectivity and data access problems; answer questions about hardware/software; help users access shared drives and devices. Ensure that the company’s local area network (LAN) and the virtual private network (VPN) are functioning properly and up to date. Create company mobile and desktop applications, developing all the architectures involved (full stack) needed to run company departments and websites pertaining to Ace Companies.

• Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems, computer science, or related field or foreign equivalent.
• Proven ability to work in VPN, LAN, wireless network, and work with Web Storm, Studio 3T, Android Studio, and No
  
  SQL Databases and Arduino IDE.
• Demonstrated ability to establish new processes and create new visualizations to deliver an ever-improving user experience.
• Strong ability to manage multiple complex implementations/tasks and to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Willing to work in a fast‑paced high‑pressure setting and willing to work evenings and weekends to meet deadlines.
