We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Administrator to lead the ongoing development, optimization, and technical management of our Woo Commerce website. This role blends technical skill with strategic ownership—managing site performance, feature development, and user experience from end to end. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with an analytical mindset, using data, testing, and user feedback to shape features that enhance site performance, strengthen customer engagement, and improve conversion rates.

• Oversee all aspects of site performance, including uptime, speed, security, and user experience.
• Plan and manage new web features from concept through launch.
• Maintain products, order workflows, content updates, and promotions.
• Run and evaluate A/B tests to improve conversion and checkout flow.
• Monitor analytics, SEO, and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure updates, plugins, and integrations remain compatible and reliable.
• Maintain accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG) and design consistency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align web priorities with marketing and business goals.
• Perform initial technical troubleshooting, identify root causes, and coordinate fixes with developers when necessary.

Site Performance & Reliability

• Maintain 99.9%+ uptime each quarter (excluding planned maintenance).
• Average page load time under 2.0 seconds on core pages.
• All plugins, themes, and integrations updated within 14 days of scheduled window.

Conversion & Engagement Optimization

• Conduct at least one live A/B test per month targeting conversion or engagement improvements.
• Achieve +5% YoY growth in eCommerce conversion rate.

Technical Execution & Troubleshooting

• 95% of critical site issues resolved or escalated within 24 hours.
• 100% of updates deployed without post‑launch regression affecting sales flow.

SEO & Analytics Management

• Maintain 90+ site health score on SEMrush.
• Achieve +5% YoY growth in organic sessions.
• Maintain “Good” rating on LCP, FID, and CLS on 80% of key pages.
• 100% of GA4 and Tag Manager events validated after major updates.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Deliver 90% of projects and feature updates on or before target deadlines.
• Maintain complete documentation for all updates, tests, and releases.

Accessibility & Compliance

• 100% compliance with internal and external data handling and security protocols.
• Conduct at least 2 full accessibility reviews per year and implement all critical findings within 30 days.

• 5+ years managing Word Press/Woo Commerce sites.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with working knowledge of PHP for technical troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Word Press and Woo Commerce database structures, including product, order, and customer data.
• Experience with site optimization, SEO, analytics, and A/B testing.
• Comfortable using Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Search Console, and version control (Git).
• Familiar with hosting and performance management on WP Engine or similar platforms.
• Proficient with Elementor and experienced in optimizing site speed and layout performance using page builders.
• Able to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Confident working cross‑functionally and directing remote developers.
• Strong awareness of web accessibility, mobile optimization, and page performance best practices.
• Proven track record of improving eCommerce conversion rates and increasing average order value (AOV) through testing, optimization, and site enhancements.
