Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on potential risk areas, including regulatory, competition, and healthcare law. You will handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.

Additional responsibilities include forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, and ensuring compliance with evolving legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, a creative mind and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
