Alpha Lion is seeking a Director of Retention to own our retention engine end-to-end. You will deeply understand customer goals, behaviors, and why they stay or leave, turning that insight into a competitive advantage.
This is a hands-on role—data, platforms, and the post-purchase journey drive growth and value. You will lead lifecycle and CRM (Email, SMS, Push), manage a lean retention team, and partner across Brand, Growth, Product, and Operations to scale subscription and loyalty—onboarding
