This position is responsible for a variety of tasks that are manufacturing or distribution based and may include assembling and manufacturing sales orders, picking product from the warehouse, and shipping and receiving.

• Maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures.
• Assemble products to company, customer and manufacturer's standards.
• Perform all product testing to quality standards as required by the customer and per company work instruction.
• Receive incoming shipments into inventory, post in online system and place items in warehouse.
• Pick product in warehouse and prepare items for delivery or shipping.
• Operate mechanical equipment, hand tools, forklifts and picking lifts (if applicable).
• Assist with physical inventory.
• Make recommendations to management with respect to product and process improvements.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Ability to interact with team members in a professional manner.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in units of measure.
• Basic mechanical skills including the use of hand tools.
• Basic computer skills preferred, including email and internet.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1–3 years of related warehousing or production experience.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Ability to work overtime, as required.
• Ability to work nights and weekends, as required.
• Ability to pull, push, grasp, bend, lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently on a repeated basis.
• Ability to consistently move throughout the facility during the full workday.
• Ability to comprehend work instruction and safety procedures, written or verbally.
• Ability to count and measure accurately.
• Ability to properly and safely use mechanical equipment and hand tools.
• Background checks and drug screening may be required.
