We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18 ‑ $20 per hour

. This position is full‑time and located in West Valley City.

In this role, you will:

• Assist in the preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies.
• Assign employee duties, encourage teamwork, and promote a collaborative work environment.
• Keep the team informed about new menu items, specials, and promotional materials, ensuring all employees understand food preparation and service to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Conduct orientation and training for new employees and provide refresher training to current employees as needed.
• Supervise employee performance and behavior, enforcing company policies and maintaining high service standards.
• Monitor and review time cards daily, adjusting schedules to meet restaurant needs while minimizing overtime.
• Enforce portion control measures and maintain strict security protocols, including checking deliveries for accuracy and quality.
• Perform administrative procedures such as handling cash receipts, reconciling funds, and making daily deposits.

• Ability to speak and read English
• Good communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Relevant experience is preferred but not required
