Overview
Loss Prevention Agent role at Hobby Lobby. Full-time position within the Loss Prevention Department, focusing on undercover, plain clothes surveillance to identify and apprehend shoplifters.
Responsibilities- Complete Incident Reports
- Review Camera Footage
- Apprehending shoplifters
- Review BOLOs
- Handle stressful, unpredictable, and potentially dangerous situations with rational judgement
- Relationship building with store management and local law enforcement
- Work independently and as part of a team
- At least one (1) year of previous undercover, floor-walking Loss Prevention experience required
- Ability to travel to multiple stores in the area
- Strong communication skills
- Motor Vehicle Record check
- Background check
- Ability to spend up to 100% of working hours standing/walking
