Job Description

It is a full-time position with limited weekend and holiday work. The best fit for this job is an energetic, detail-oriented, positive, reliable, and organized person. Knowledge of and ability to complete activities related to construction and safety. Some demolition and hard manual labor are expected.

• 1 year of experience in a construction environment.
• Enjoy hard work and be willing to learn and grow with our company. Must be safety-oriented, a dependable team player, and able to lift and move 75+ lbs on a regular basis.
• Able to work in weather conditions that may be adverse (hot/cold/rain/snow) and able to work swing shifts (days/nights/weekends). Must have reliable transportation.
• Drug testing is mandatory and is random throughout employment. A background check is also required.
• Close attention to detail
• Ability to work with little supervision, self-motivated, strong work ethic, enthusiastic with a customer‑friendly demeanor and professional behavior
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team as needed
