It is a full-time position with limited weekends and holidays. The best fit for this job is an energetic, detail-oriented, positive‑attitude person who is reliable and organized. Knowledge of and able to complete activities related to wall sawing, hand sawing, core drilling, and flat sawing. Some demolition and hard manual labor are expected.

• 3-5 years of experience in the direct operation of some or all of the above equipment.
• Enjoy hard work and be willing to learn and grow with our company. Must be safety-oriented, a dependable team player, and able to lift and move 75+ lbs on a regular basis.
• Able to work in weather conditions that may be adverse (hot/cold/rain/snow) and able to work swing shifts (days/nights/weekends). Must have reliable transportation.
• Drug testing is mandatory and is random throughout employment. A background check is also required.
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work with little supervision, self‑motivated, strong work ethic, enthusiastic with a customer friendly demeanor and professional behavior
• Ability to work independently and part of a team as needed
