1099 Independent Contractor

On the road – Travel required up to 75%

• Install vinyl and composite siding, windows, exterior doors, walk‑in tubs and showers.
• Work closely with project managers and customers.
• Complete jobs efficiently and on time.
• Maintain strong communication, dependability, organization, and motivation.
• Operate truck and trailer to transport materials from the warehouse to the job site.

• Experience installing various types of siding (vinyl, composite).
• Skilled in window and exterior door installation.
• Knowledge of walk‑in tub and shower installation.
• General liability, workers' comp/waiver, vehicle insurance, and contractor license.

• Consistent flow of pre‑sold, ready‑to‑install work.
• All material ordering, scheduling, and coordination handled by us.
• Ongoing support to help grow your business.
• Local warehouse access with steady material shipments (3–5 weeks).
• Referral program.

• Reliable work with solid pay.
• On‑site support and support for growth.

• Travel required up to 75%.
• Must have equipment to transport materials.
