• Perform the work on each job efficiently, in accordance with best practices, and safety first.
• Design, install, and problem-solve 12V electrical accessories and systems, including solar systems.
• Install suspension systems and perform wheel alignments on the wheel alignment rack.
• Install slide-in campers and perform diagnostics and upgrades on them.
• Address the customer’s basic maintenance needs, build, and quality control.
• Perform a general Inspection on every vehicle.
• Notify the Service team immediately if the build has more/fewer problems than the initial quote, and any adjustments to the completion time.
• Use our login system for time keeping,work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, and communication.
• Keep your workspace shipshape and consistently account for all store-owned tools.

• Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and comprehend job-related instructions and information,whether electronic or paper-based
• General mechanical skills, an interest in overlanding, and experience are advantages.
• Excellent dexterity skills as well as patience, creativity, good judgment and an eye for detail
• Valid in-state driver's license
• Must have own tools or be willing to acquire them.
