Position Summary Warehouse Associate assists with overall warehouse operations and daily activities, including receiving and stowing, packing, shipping, inventory management, and documentation. Monitors the safety and security of goods and materials. Utilizes an enterprise resource system (ERP) to track, analyze, and report processes and performance.

: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock: recording and/or data entering relevant information.
• Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production or customer orders.
• Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
• Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording or data entering units delivered and location of units.
• Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, arranging carrier(s), loading, and securing product.
• Documents and/or data enter product shipments.
• Operates material handling equipment: pallet jack, dolly, computer system for data entry and other hand tools.
• Performs inventory of materials and investigates count variances.
• Contributes to team effort by supporting and performing other business functions as required

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of Inventory Control Methods preferred
• Organization Skills including:
• Scheduling with emphasis of Deadline-Orientation
• Time Management
• Computer skills to perform data entry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to lift 5-20 lbs
