Position: ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK III
Location: Oceana

Base Pay Range

$60,000.00/yr – $70,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Lead administrative coordination for assigned projects or departments.
  • Track and maintain government contract records and deliverables.
  • Develop, format, and review reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and high-level briefings for executive staff.
  • Manage workflows for procurement, timekeeping, and operational documentation.
  • Oversee updates to standard operating procedures and ensure policy adherence.
  • Support internal audits and compliance tracking.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior administrative personnel.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and confidentiality in all administrative tasks.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of administrative, project coordination, or executive assistant experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage complex administrative workflows independently.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
  • If applicable:
    If you are or have been recently employed by the U.S. government, a post-employment ethics letter will be required if employment with VSolvit is offered.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting DoD programs or federal contract operations.
  • Familiarity with document control systems, configuration management, and contract documentation.
