Crossroads Chevrolet in Mount Hope, WV is seeking a Certified Automotive Technician to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with OEM or dealership experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and efficiency. • Perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with Chevrolet and GM standards
• Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Complete warranty and customer pay repairs efficiently and correctly
• Maintain clear and accurate repair documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies
• Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status and repair needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area

• GM or ASE Certification required (GM certification strongly preferred)
• Prior dealership or professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
