• Be the main point of contact between customers and technicians
• Build trust by advising customers on vehicle service and maintenance
• Schedule appointments and document vehicle concerns
• Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate service records

What You’ll Need:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow processes and work Saturdays
• Mechanical understanding and basic computer skills
