Description Honda Technician
CMA is seeking a motivated Honda Technician to join our growing service team. This opportunity is ideal for an individual with basic automotive knowledge who is looking to build a long-term career with a respected dealership. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a passion for vehicles and customer service.

- Perform vehicle inspections to identify safety concerns and visible defects
- Test-drive vehicles to evaluate steering, brakes, transmission, and engine performance
- Diagnose and complete basic mechanical repairs and adjustments
- Install and repair vehicle accessories and equipment as needed
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections and ensure vehicles meet dealership standards
- Use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and testing tools safely and effectively
- Inspect vehicle surfaces for chips, scratches, and other cosmetic concerns
- Install customer-requested accessories and optional equipment
- Assist with minor and major mechanical repairs under supervision and training
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures at all times
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM, with every other Saturday. Closed Sundays.
Requirements What We're Looking For- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of automotive or related mechanical experience preferred
- Basic automotive repair and maintenance knowledge
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to safely operate power and hand tools
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the dealership
- Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
- Automotive Technology education or training
- Previous dealership experience
- Entry-level technician experience with vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs
- Interest in pursuing manufacturer training and certification opportunities
